Robert Preece

Robert Preece is a lifelong resident of Hamilton-Niagara with an award-winning sales, service and business background. Balancing an acute business acumen with strong negotiation skills and industry experience, Robert is able to offer a level of service that ensures his clients make the "right" real estate decision.

Robert's 20-year sales career is highlighted by a string of awards and successes, along with the well-earned reputation of a Certified Sales Professional (CSP) with the Canadian Professional Sales Association. The CSP designation, and the Code of Ethics it embraces, guarantees the highest level of sales expertise, integrity, and professionalism in the industry.

Equally skilled working with Buyers or Sellers, Robert brings the same level of passion, energy and excellence to every client's real estate decisions. Robert is committed to providing the service and attention to detail his clients expect, along with the results they deserve.

For the position of RECO Sector Director - Robert is able to offer the following:

  • Experience managing and training brokers in both service and sales best practices
  • Fully knowledgeable in real estate compliance, provincial license law, risk management, MLS regulations, FINTRAC, and the CREA Code of Ethics
  • Particularly strong leadership – both collaborative and empowering
  • Excel at partnering with both internal and external sources to ensure excellence in results
  • Skilled across brokerage operations, marketing, sales, systems, and process improvement
  • Board experience as President outside of the real estate sector Robert is fully well rounded within the industry with a background as a Team Leader / Broker of Record / Broker-Owner and Trading Broker. This ensures a knowledge base conducive to all components of the real estate industry in Ontario.
