Deciding to join organized Real Estate almost 30 years ago, in June 1995, has been the best professional decision of my life. In my 8th year as a Realtor with an independent Brokerage I switched to a brand, opened my own Brokerage with Coldwell Banker in 2003, and ran and managed that office for 21 years. I joined Royal LePage in the Fall of 2023. I served as a Director of the Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Board for 6 years and served on multiple committees. Appreciation and gratitude for the industry that has been very good to me, having sold over 1600 properties in my career so far, encourages me to give back time and energy to positively affect and support the business I love.  Also, having a vast amount of experience in every level of Real Estate means I have a lot of expertise and insights to offer. Our industry has gone through many changes during my tenure and many more are coming. We need strong leadership, advocacy and understanding from the RECO Board, and I offer all of that every day in my Real Estate practice.
