Over the past five years, I have had the privilege of serving on RECO's Board of Directors, including two years as Chair and one year as Vice-Chair. During this time, I led the board through significant milestones, including the transition to a skills-based board as directed by the Minister. Currently, I am working alongside the board to oversee the process of selecting RECO’s next CEO, ensuring the organization is positioned for continued success.

I bring strong knowledge of governance best practices and believe in the importance of collaboration with my fellow board members, valuing diverse perspectives and respectful dialogue. Working closely with RECO’s staff and senior management has also been key to advancing the organization’s mission and priorities effectively.  In addition to my work with RECO, I bring valuable leadership experience as the Founder and Broker of Record of my own real estate brokerage, where I have supported registrants for the past seven years.

A passionate advocate for education and training, I am committed to empowering real estate professionals at every stage of their careers, from entering the profession to excelling in their practice.   I firmly believe that an educated and well-supported profession is essential to fostering trust and confidence among consumers. It would be a rewarding opportunity to continue contributing my skills, experience, and dedication to RECO’s mission of consumer protection while also advancing the professional standards and reputation of the real estate profession in Ontario.
