I am a seasoned real estate professional with over 23 years of experience and a Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario for the past seven years. Currently serving as Broker of Record at Sam McDadi Real Estate Inc., I oversee operations and ensure compliance with TRESA 2002 and FINTRAC regulations. I am seeking a position on the RECO Board of Directors to contribute my knowledge, uphold the highest standards of professionalism, and represent the interests of all registrants. 

As both a Broker of Record and a Licensed Paralegal, I bring a unique perspective to the challenges facing our industry. My legal expertise has equipped me with a deep understanding of regulatory compliance, dispute resolution, and ethical practices, which I apply daily to support my brokerage and its registrants. I work diligently to ensure adherence to board regulations and industry standards, fostering a culture of compliance and professionalism that has contributed to the brokerage’s success and strong reputation.

Additionally, I am an Arbitrator with the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, where I have gained valuable experience in resolving disputes efficiently and fairly. My diverse background includes legal matters, sales, marketing, and customer service, allowing me to address complex challenges with a well-rounded approach.

If elected to the RECO Board, I will prioritize advocating for fair and transparent practices, enhancing educational opportunities for registrants, and leveraging my legal and professional expertise to promote innovation in our rapidly evolving industry. My goal is to help strengthen the trust and professionalism that are the foundations of the real estate profession.
