Collin Phillip

Collin Phillip – RECO Board Member Profile Collin Phillip has been a licenced realtor in Ontario for nearly 4 years and is the co-owner of Match Realty, a boutique brokerage in southwestern Ontario with a focus on residential and agricultural properties. His real estate experience is complimented by 25 years of business experience, primarily as an executive in the agriculture industry. He has held senior roles in multinational corporations and private enterprises. Known for his innovative approach and results-driven mindset, Collin’s career highlights include:

  • Area VP, Eastern Canada at Corteva Agriscience – Oversaw a $300M business unit with a team of 300 people spanning Ontario and Quebec
  • Director of Supply Chain at Bayer Crop Science – Led a 100-person team producing over 1M product units annually across six North American locations
  • VP of Sales at Ontario Plants Propagation – Successfully transitioned leadership from the retiring founder at North America’s largest grower of vegetable starter plants

Collin holds a Master of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver and a Master of Marketing from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He is currently working towards the ICD.D designation via the directors education program at the Rotman School of Business in Toronto. He also intends to embark on the training required to be a Broker in the later part of 2025. Collin has a strong strategic mindset, is a respected people leader, and a charismatic public speaker. His business leadership approach helps to translate ideas into action while creating a highly engaged organizational culture. As a sector board member for RECO he will bring a breadth of experience within as well outside of the real estate industry from which RECO and the real estate profession in Ontario will benefit.
