RECO issues public advisory regarding Wynn Realty Corporation and Wayne Simpson

On June 25, 2021, under the authority of the Real Estate Business Brokers Act, 2002 (REBBA) and in order to protect the public interest, the Registrar of the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) issued a Notice of Proposal to Revoke, and an Immediate Suspension Order to immediately suspend, the registrations of:

Kenneth Wayne Simpson trading as Wayne Simpson (Broker)
Wynn Realty Corporation (Brokerage)

All trading activities of Wynn Realty Corporation and Wayne Simpson must cease immediately.

Wynn Realty Corporation failed to refund consumer deposits upon request, as required by REBBA. Additional action may be taken and information will be made available through RECO’s website.
