The Learner Exam Handbook provides essential information to help you prepare for your real estate exam. It includes details on exam formats, booking procedures, technical requirements, and what to expect on exam day. All learners are required to review the handbook thoroughly before writing an exam. All learners are expected to conduct themselves with honesty, professionalism, and respect throughout the exam process. The Code of Conduct Policy for Exams outlines the standards of behaviour required before, during, and after an exam session—whether taken online or in person. This includes following all exam rules, complying with proctor instructions, and upholding the integrity of the testing environment. Violations may lead to exam invalidation or further disciplinary action. Learners are required to review the policy before registering for an exam.
To maintain fairness and integrity, all exams are governed by a misconduct policy. Any form of cheating, impersonation, or breach of exam rules may result in disqualification or disciplinary action. Learners must familiarize themselves with the policy before registering for an exam.
