Scheduled hearings

All proceedings before the Discipline Committee and Appeals Committee are held electronically and commence at 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise specified. In exceptional circumstances, proceedings may be conducted in person or in writing, or by a combination of in person, electronic, and/or written formats.

Want to attend a hearing?

Electronic hearings are generally conducted via videoconference. Please email hearings@reco.on.ca at least two business days before the scheduled hearing you want to attend. After your email request is approved, we will provide you with login instructions.

For hearings not conducted electronically, the hearing location or other details will be provided to you.

Important Notice: Members of the public attending a proceeding are prohibited from taking or attempting to take photographs, motion pictures, audio or video recording, or producing any other visual or audio representations by any means.

Scheduled hearings

The matters posted below relate to alleged contraventions of the Code of Ethics regulation under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 and alleged contraventions of the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 and its associated regulations that have been referred by the Registrar to the Discipline Committee for a hearing. Appeals Committee hearings are also posted below.

The schedule includes a summary of the allegations that will be considered by the panel at the hearing.
