SUBMITTING ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO RECO
In order for your documents to reach us safely and to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, RECO accepts supporting documents electronically for new registration, reinstatement and renewal of registration.

Original level 2, Canadian Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Checks (CRJMC) are required for all new applicants and are being accepted by letter mail or courier. It is recommended that you send sensitive documents by a traceable method such as courier or registered mail. In order to prevent delays in processing and ensure the safety of RECO staff, please send business applications and documentation by email or fax. For individual applications, please visit MyWeb or follow the three steps listed below.
