RECO's new refreshed website

On December 1, RECO launched a newly designed website to provide an enhanced user experience, and to reflect the Trust in Real Estate Services Act, 2002 (TRESA). Your toolbox of resources

With the most recent legislative reforms in effect, TRESA comes with additional obligations and responsibilities for real estate agents. RECO remains committed to supporting real estate agents as they adapt to the new laws and ways in which they trade in real estate.

RECO has developed several helpful resources that can support real estate agents through the transition. All items can be found on the TRESA Explained page of RECO’s website. Additional resources will continue to be created and shared with real estate agents.

RECO's quarterly public action plan update further to AG report

Following the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario audit report (released in November 2022), RECO posts quarterly updates. Click here for our latest one.

We are on track to complete more than 70 per cent of the action items assigned to RECO by the end of 2023.
