Administrative staff play an important role in the day-to-day operations of many brokerages. While the Broker of Record is ultimately responsible for ensuring their brokerage is complying with the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 (REBBA 2002), support staff need to understand these requirements as well.
