If indexes, headings or headnotes are attached or appended to legal decisions on this website, they are provided strictly for ease of reference or for convenience as a search tool. Users are strongly urged to review decisions in their entirety and to consult with their own legal or other professional advisors as to the suitability and applicability of decisions to their own particular fact situation, particularly since neither the Office of the Registrar, nor the discipline and appeals committees, are bound to act in accordance with prior decisions.
