RECO moves to fully online registration applications for salespersons and brokers

Dear Broker of Record,

Effective September 17, 2021, we are phasing out PDF forms and moving to online-only registration applications for individual salespersons and brokers.

Brokerage registration forms will continue to be available in a fillable PDF format until further notice.

The new online forms for individual salespersons and brokers are available under the “Applications” tab on MyWeb.

Online registration is an example of how we are modernizing and expanding our online services. Registering online helps to avoid processing delays and reduce errors.

The following PDF application forms will not be accepted after September 17, 2021:

• New salesperson/broker
• New sole proprietorship
• Reinstatement salesperson/broker
• Reinstatement sole proprietorship

Please share this update with your teams and delete any stored versions of the PDF forms.
