The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) is seeking a Delivery Lead. We have one permanent position available to start immediately.

RECO has adopted a ‘hybrid’ environment, which will typically include a minimum attendance in the office of two days per week, with some teams/positions requiring more frequent in-office attendance.

The Delivery Lead is responsible for coordinating and strengthening the organization’s ability to deliver strategic initiatives predictably, transparently, and effectively across departments. Reporting to the Director of IT, this role provides enterprise-level visibility into delivery health, portfolio status, risks, dependencies, sequencing, and resource capacity across major initiatives, while supporting overall delivery governance.
Acting as a neutral delivery partner to business leaders, the Delivery Lead ensures initiatives are properly prioritized, clearly defined, appropriately resourced, and aligned with organizational objectives. The role owns intake, prioritization, and requirements definition for Stream 2 digital initiatives, serving as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure modern web solutions are well-scoped, sequenced effectively, and delivered efficiently without unnecessary rework.
This is a hands-on coordination role that blends product thinking, delivery oversight, portfolio visibility, and lightweight business analysis within a small, fast-moving environment, focused on improving delivery discipline and execution maturity across the organization rather than owning individual business outcomes.
