With only one week remaining, we encourage you to complete and submit your filing as soon as possible. A few important reminders:
- As the Broker of Record, you are responsible for ensuring the brokerage meets its filing obligations by October 30, and must attest to the accuracy of the filing.
- A simplified non-trading report is available for eligible brokerages that did not trade during the reporting period.
- Failure to meet the mandatory filing requirement by the deadline will result in escalating regulatory action, including non-filing fees and suspension and eventual potential revocation of brokerage registration.
