The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO) is seeking an Advisor, Stakeholder Relations. We have one permanent position available to start immediately.
As Ontario’s regulator of more than 110,000 real estate agents and brokerages (often referred to as registrants), RECO administers and enforces the law that regulates trading in real estate in Ontario and enhances consumer confidence in the real estate services sector. RECO has a ‘hybrid’ environment, which typically includes a minimum attendance in the office of two days per week, with some teams/positions requiring more frequent in-office attendance.

Reporting to the Lead, Stakeholder Relations, the Advisor, Stakeholder relations will develop, coordinate, and deliver stakeholder engagement initiatives that strengthen relationships with registrants, industry associations, boards, and other sector stakeholders.
The role provides analysis, advice, and recommendations to support stakeholder engagement strategies, identify emerging issues, and enhance sector awareness of RECO's regulatory priorities.
