Are you renewing your registration as a real estate salesperson, broker, or sole proprietor?

A renewal reminder will be sent to you 60, 30 and 10 days prior to the expiry date of your registration.

There are two steps you must follow to renew your registration:

Step 1: Complete your education requirements

If this is your first renewal, you will need to have completed the Post-Registration Phase of the Real Estate Salesperson program offered through Humber College.

All other salespersons, brokers, and sole proprietors must complete the continuing education (CE) requirements. You can access the CE courses through MyWeb. Prior to each renewal, you will need to complete two annual Update courses and two electives.

Step 2: Apply for renewal of registration

Complete your renewal application for salesperson/broker/sole proprietor, including payment of renewal fees, via MyWeb.
