Is your brokerage or branch office registration expiring soon? You will need to complete the appropriate application for renewal of registration. 

RECO does not process applications for renewals of brokerage or branch office registration through MyWeb if the applicant is a corporation or partnership. If you are a sole proprietor, you will need to renew your registration through MyWeb.

Completed applications, along with any supporting documentation are to be sent via email to registration@reco.on.ca. Once received, RECO will initiate the application and you will receive an email with payment instructions. Application fees must be paid through MyWeb.

Renewing a brokerage registration

You will need to complete either:
Application for Renewal: Brokerage (for use if the applicant is a corporation)
Application for Renewal: Brokerage (for use if the applicant is a partnership)
