Discipline & Appeals

RECO has introduced a new search feature to make it easier and more efficient to access Discipline and Appeals Decisions. Simply check the box of at least one of the three categories to begin your search. You may check all three boxes to further filter your results. It is important you make a selection from the drop down box of each category selected. The three categories are:

• Year of decision

To view discipline and appeals decisions, please select a year from the menu below. In accordance with Section 42(2) of Ontario Regulation 567/05, decisions are published for at least 60 months.
