Notice to all registrants under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002. 

Appeal Filing Fee Under By‐law No. 10

The fee to file an appeal of a decision of a Panel of the Discipline Committee to the Appeals Committee continues at $500.00 (five hundred dollars), as set by the Board of Directors, with all or a portion of the fee refundable to the member at the discretion of the Appeals Panel and dependent upon the outcome of the appeal. This filing fee has been in effect since January 1, 2000.

Appeal Filing Fee Under the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002  

Effective March 1, 2007, pursuant to clause 12 (1) (b) of the Safety and Consumer Statutes Administration Act, 1996, the fee for commencing an appeal under section 50 (1) of the Real Estate and Business Brokers Act, 2002 is set and approved by the Board of Directors at $500.00 (five hundred dollars) for each party who is appealing, with all or a portion of the filing fee refundable to a party at the discretion of the Appeals Panel and dependent upon the outcome of the appeal.
