You may now complete your renewal for professional liability insurance. This coverage is a regulatory requirement to legally trade in real estate in Ontario.

Deadline: August 14, 2026
Cost: $500 (unchanged since 2022)

Why pay early?

  • Payments missed by August 14 are subject to an immediate $35 administrative fee. 
  • Unpaid insurance results in the suspension of your registration, meaning you legally cannot trade, your insurance coverage instantly lapses
  • Registration suspension will be publicly displayed on RECO’s Registrant Search directory.

How to pay

Log into MyWeb to complete your payment in full using Visa or MasterCard (AMEX, cheques, or money orders are not accepted). While you are logged in, please ensure your email address is up to date so you do not miss critical regulatory updates.
