HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

The length of time required to process a complaint depends on a variety of factors, but you should expect an approximate period of 6 to 8 months. If the complaint leads to a discipline hearing, charges under the Provincial Offences Act or other serious enforcement activity it may take longer as these are complex legal processes.
