SUBMITTING FORMS TO RECO In order to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, RECO has implemented measures to accept documents electronically for registration, reinstatement and renewal. RECO previously required that new and reinstating registrants provide their original Canadian Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check by letter mail. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, RECO is currently accepting electronic original Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check documents.
