Registrant satisfaction survey 2021

Every two years, RECO conducts a registrant satisfaction survey to get input on a broad range of topics relating to the industry and RECO. This helps inform our work and priorities.

Key highlights of the 2021 survey:

    • 76 per cent of registrants were very satisfied overall with RECO
    • 77 per cent of registrants were very satisfied across all customer service areas
    • 75 per cent of registrants said RECO does a reasonable job at communicating effectively
