Convictions	On July 6, 2009, James Curran pled guilty to five (5) counts of failing as broker of record to ensure that the brokerage complied with the Act, by failing to deposit trust funds in accordance with the terms of trust. He was given a suspended sentence and placed on probation for 2 years, which included a community service order.
