Convictions	On November 9, 2009, David Seto pled guilty to 8 counts of failing to ensure, while broker of record of Re/Max Executives Realty Inc. (1996), that the brokerage complied with the Act in respect of the brokerage’s failure to deposit trust monies. On February 22, 2010, Mr. Seto was sentenced to 1 year incarceration. The sentence is under appeal.
