Detail: On November 9, 2009, David Seto on behalf of Re/Max Executive Realty Inc. (1996) pled guilty to eight (8) counts of failing to ensure, while broker of record of Re/Max Executive Realty Inc. (1996), that the brokerage complied with the Act in respect of the brokerage’s failure to deposit trust monies. On February 22, 2010, Re/Max Executive Realty Inc. (1996) was sentenced to a fine of $20,000.00 per count, for a total fine of $200,000.00, inclusive of $40,000.00 victim surcharge fee.
